Principal Jennifer Kean-Thompson

Jennifer Kean-Thompson joined Hutchinson School in September 2024. Prior to being appointed Principal of Hutchinson, Ms. Kean-Thompson was Assistant Principal of the Westorchard Elementary School in Chappaqua Central School District. She brings a wealth of experience as a teacher, Literacy Staff Developer and Director of K-12 ELA and Literacy.

Ms. Kean-Thompson holds a Certificate of Advanced Study in School Leadership from SUNY New Paltz, a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from Queens College and a Bachelor's Degree from St. John’s University. She is a certified Pre-K, Kindergarten, Grades 1-6 teacher as well as a certified building and district leader.
