Join us for a valuable parent workshop, Supporting Your Child Through Anxiety: Tools for Building Resilience. This session will offer practical, easy-to-use strategies to help children manage anxiety and build confidence. Parents will learn how certain well-intentioned responses may unintentionally reinforce anxious behaviors, and will explore tools such as validation, coping-ahead strategies, and distress-tolerance skills. You’ll leave with actionable techniques to support your child’s independence, emotional growth, and overall resilience.
